We don't import foreign contractors as the default operating model. Every project is intended to hire native trade specialists, buy materials from local merchants where practical, and stimulate the regional economy while building technical capability that remains after the project team leaves.

We seek meaningful skin-in-the-game from municipal leaders, regional philanthropists, private partners, development institutions, and—where appropriate—sovereign or public-sector co-investors. Candidate regions may include East Africa, Eastern Europe, South America, and the Middle East, but no geography is treated as active until local partners, legal feasibility, financing, and safeguarding are verified.
A 1:1 matching-capital target is the preferred starting framework for scalable pilots, with flexibility for local conditions and non-cash public contributions.
